By commissioning Jebthilly, you agree to all of the terms of service listed below.

❌NOT PERMITTED❌▶ Not permitted to claim/produce the art as your own.▶ Not permitted to share the art in progress online, unless Jebthilly shares it first.▶ Not permitted to make changes to the artwork of your own accord/own volition.▶ Not permitted to use Jebthilly’s Art in commercial redistribution without formally asking Jebthilly prior, which if permitted will have an additional cost applied to the art.▶ Not permitted to use/sell as a Non-fungible token (NFT).▶ NO AI - It is strictly forbidden to use Jebthilly’s Art or anything provided by Jebthilly such as, but not limited to, Designs, Images, and References in any form of Artificial Intelligence applications, systems, or tools. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the Content for training, fine-tuning, or generating outputs from machine learning models, neural networks, or any other AI-driven methodologies.▶ Jebthilly will not accept references from AI generated art.🛑Any such unauthorized use will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.🛑

⌛PROCESS⌛▶ 100% must be paid to start▶ Payments are made primarily through PayPal.▶ Once you have officially requested a commission from me, I will send an invoice with the appropriate amount. If ordering through Ko-Fi, then the platform will handle the invoice.▶ You will receive a sketch of desired commission, and are allowed 2 sketch revisions before the final is made.▶ Once the piece is about 80% completed, I will show it to you with my watermark and you are allowed to correct me on any inaccuracies that need to be corrected for your character design that I may have missed from the reference you provided.▶ All Jebthilly’s work will have their signature somewhere within the piece.▶ All Completed work will be provided to the commissioner in both untagged and partially tagged formats.▶ Turn Around Time: As a full time college student with personal and familial obligations, it may take 1 to 2 months for a commission to be completed. This may also depend on the commissioner's place in the queue! For example: If you’re 1st then it’s likely that you’ll receive your commission before 1 month. The style of commission also determines the time it takes Jebthilly to complete. For example: IRL Portraits can take between 3 and 5 months for completion.

⭐AGREEMENTS⭐▶ Always give art credit to “Jebthilly” wherever the art is used or posted in your post, bio, or about page on your channel. Include a link back to any of my socials, when applicable, if used online: Instagram, Twitter, Bluesky, Twitch, Ko-Fi, Carrd, etc.▶ All artwork is for personal use unless personally requested for commercial use. Personal use indicates you are allowed to print the art and use the art privately. You can also put the art up on YOUR Twitch/Youtube overlays + panels + emotes, social media profile pictures, or banners.▶ I reserve the right to post your commission tagged on my social media.▶ I reserve the right to use the art I made for you for promotion of my commissions page and live streaming the art process/speed-paint videos._{If you do not want your commission public at all (or are keeping it secret for a set period of time) it is an additional fee, or expect the art to take twice as long for delivery.}▶ Refunds are only applicable if I have an emergency that does not allow me to work on your commission.▶ I reserve the right to Decline any commission.
